Terms of Service

Label Pro ("we", "us", "our") operates labelpro.store, a service that sells access keys allowing customers to generate postage labels for use with Australia Post's Express Post and Parcel Post services. By purchasing a key or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Not affiliated with Australia Post

Label Pro is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Australia Post. "Express Post" and "Parcel Post" are services of Australia Post and are referenced here only to describe what our labels are used for.

2. Lawful use

By purchasing, you confirm you're using the service for lawful purposes only. Labels must not be used to ship anything prohibited by Australia Post or by law.

3. The service

An access key allows you to generate a fixed number of labels of the type(s) purchased. Keys are delivered by email, generally instantly. Keys are for your own use, reselling, sharing, or transferring a key to another person without our agreement is not permitted and may result in the key being suspended.

4. Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. A promo or referral code discount is subject to whatever conditions are shown at checkout (e.g. minimum quantity), which may change from time to time.

6. Our responsibility

We're responsible for making sure a valid, working label is generated against your key. Once a label is generated, everything that happens to the physical parcel, including collection, transit, delivery timing, loss, or damage, is between you and Australia Post, and isn't something we control or can be held responsible for. If a label itself fails to generate correctly due to an error on our end, contact us and we'll fix it or replace the affected label(s).

7. Fraud and chargebacks

If you believe there's a problem with an order, please contact us first via Discord so we can sort it out. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, or for a key that has already been used, may result in the key being suspended pending investigation.

8. Referrals and promotions

Referral codes, discounts, and any other promotions are offered at our discretion and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time. Attempting to abuse a referral or promo system (e.g. self-referral, fake accounts) will void the associated rewards and may result in account suspension.

9. Support

Support is provided through our Discord server. We aim to respond promptly but can't guarantee specific response times.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
